NOTICE TO UNITHOLDERS
Mediolanum International Funds Limited (the “Manager”), manager of the Fund, wishes to notify Unitholders of the Fund of the following fee waiver in respect of Euro Fixed Income Fund, a sub-fund of the Fund (the “Sub-Fund”) .
To temporarily waive the Manager’s performance fee with respect to the Sub-Fund (as disclosed in the Prospectus for the Fund) with effect from 1 January, 2024 until such time as further notified torelevant Unitholders. In light of current market rates, the fee waiver is deemed to be in the best interests of Unitholders of the Sub-Fund.
