NOTICE TO UNITHOLDERS

Mediolanum International Funds Limited (the “Manager”), manager of Mediolanum Best Brands (the “Fund”), wishes to notify Unitholders of Mediolanum Franklin Templeton Emerging Markets Selection (the “Sub-Fund”) that Franklin Templeton Investment Management Limited will no longer act as investment advisor of the Sub-Fund with effect from on or about November 27, 2019 (the “Effective Date”), as a result of which the following changes shall be made as at the Effective Date:

The Sub-Fund will be re-named “Emerging Markets Multi Asset Collection”
The investment policy of the Sub-Fund will be amended to remove reference to the collective investment schemes invested in “will for the majority comprise of schemes managed by companies within the Franklin Templeton group”.

The Manager wishes to notify you that you may redeem and/or switch your Units in the Sub-Fund from the date of this notice until the Effective Date free of charge, the procedures for which are set out in the Prospectus of the Fund, available at http://www.mifl.ie/products/mediolanum-best-brands.
