NOTICE TO UNITHOLDERS

Mediolanum International Funds Limited (the “Manager”), manager of the Fund, wishes to notify Unitholders of certain sub-funds of the Fund (together the “Sub-Funds”), of changes to their investment strategies and consequently their names, as detailed below, with effect from on or about 24th April 2026 (the “Effective Date”).

Mediolanum Invesco Balanced Risk Coupon Selection - the removal of the ‘Invesco’ branding (and associated disclosures) in favour of generic disclosures As a result of the changes to the investment strategy, the Sub-Fund will be renamed “Mediolanum Global Multi Asset Focus”.

Mediolanum Carmignac Strategic Selection – (i) the removal of the ‘Carmignac’ branding (and associated disclosures) in favour of generic disclosures, and (ii) the reclassification of the Sub-Fund from Article 8 to Article 6 pursuant to the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 (“SFDR”), including the removal of the SFDR Annex. As a result of the changes to the investment strategy, the Sub-Fund will be renamed “Mediolanum Diversified Multi Asset Strategy”.

Mediolanum Fidelity Asian Coupon Selection – the removal of the Asian focussed investment strategy in favour of a global focussed strategy, to reflect primary investment (whether such investments are made directly or indirectly) in fixed income securities, equities and equity related securities and taking exposures on a global basis (including emerging markets). As a result of the change to the investment strategy, the Sub-Fund will be renamed “Mediolanum Fidelity Global Allocation”.

The Manager believes that, overall, the changes to the Sub-Funds are in the best interests of Unitholders, as it will better position the Sub-Funds to achieve their stated investment objectives.

The Sub-Fund Information Card, L Classes Information Card and S Classes Information Card to the Prospectus will be updated to reflect the above changes on the Effective Date, copies of which will be available at www.mifl.ie/products/best-brands
