Success in business isn't just about profits; it's about making a positive impact and helping others. This principle is at the heart of Mediolanum culture. Alongside 30 of our business partners and with the incredible support of Fondazione Mediolanum, we're thrilled to celebrate the success of the second Philanthropy Collective event in Dublin.
Our contributions will empower Coolmine to transform lives through its residential and community programs, and Belvedere Youth Club, which provides essential services to young people in Dublin’s North Inner City.
Hosted at EPIC The Irish Emigration Museum, the event united Ireland's leading corporate philanthropies from the financial sector. Minister Jack Chambers, our guest speaker, emphasised that initiatives like this not only provide crucial funding but also showcase the power of community to drive real change.
The presence of the Olympic Federation of Ireland, including gold medal-winning rower Fintan McCarthy, highlighted the collaboration between corporations, charity organisations, and the Federation in promoting initiatives that use sport to engage younger generations and steer them away from less constructive pursuits.
As our CEO Furio Pietribiasi said, “Companies like ours can make a significant difference by supporting charities through patronage programs, strengthening public-private partnerships, and creating a lasting positive impact on society.”
